Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes (BDWH) would like your views on draft plans for a mix of around 300 homes on land off Fleet Lane in Queensbury.

The site represents draft housing allocation ref. QB7/H within the emerging Bradford Local Plan. This development would provide a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom properties, including up to 25% affordable.

The site is a parcel of land to the west of Fleet Lane.

The proposed development is the site referred to as QB7/H Old Guy Road / Fleet Lane in the Draft Local Plan.

The Proposals

The proposals comprise a sustainable mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom housing, within a landscaped setting. The plans include:
